Transitions
We retired a year ago, and it has been quite an adjustment for us. We moved from the temperate climate of Hawaii to the four seasons in Utah. I was truly mesmerized by the falling leaves strewn around the ground last fall. My husband joined me when the snow had begun to fall. Luckily it was a mild winter, and we didn't suffer too much from the change in climate. We had a garden year round in Hawaii, and wanted to learn about planting crops during the changing seasons.
